Wisconsin Homeland Security

The Wisconsin Homeland Security Council was created in 2003 by executive order. Wisconsin’s homeland security advisor and 12 other council members advise the governor, coordinate state and local prevention and response efforts, and produce periodic homeland security reports. Meetings are usually held quarterly, on the third Wednesday of a designated month within each quarter.
